Master of Science in Psychology major in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
This specialization applies psychological principles to the workplace. Students learn about employee motivation, leadership development, organizational behavior, talent management, and human factors. The curriculum provides skills in statistical analysis, management of human resources, and organizational training and development. Graduates are prepared to work as consultants, human resources managers, or researchers in corporate, government, or non-profit sectors.
